Would be the world's largest direct air capture (DAC) facility will be built in the Permian Basin, Texas USA, with the capacity to remove up to 1M ton of Carbon Dioxide annually. Occidental Petroleum is teaming up with Canadian DAC firm Carbon Engineering to build the new plant. The new plant shall be carbon credit ready. We would like to see more DAC facilities to deploy around the world and pushing the cost lower and Carbon Market will be here to help finance the deployment .
